Dhyanyoga Centers-Antioch offers a serene and healing environment for the body, mind and spirit.
Yoga classes for the beginning and intermediate student integrate postures (asana), breathing techniques (pranayama), meditation, and yoga philosophy.
The Introduction to Meditation classes offer instruction in concentration, deep relaxation, healthy yogic breath, witness consciousness, being present in the moment, and exploring the nature of the self.
Guest teachers specializing in the science of yoga, various healing modalities, healthy living, and creativity as a path to knowing the self enrich our curriculum.

The Dhyanyoga Centers Kirtan Group, Voice of the Heart, offers an evening of free and blissful kirtan typically 6 times each year. Check out the Kirtan tab for the current schedule. The Center has also hosted such top of the line kirtan masters as Jai Uttal, Mangalananda, Bhagavan Das and Wah!
For those seeking a deeper spiritual experience, Shri Anandi Ma, Meditation Master of the ancient yogic lineage of Kundalini Maha Yoga, offers meditation programs, shaktipat, workshops and retreats when in residence.

Spring is fast approaching. When doing your spring cleaning, please consider supporting the Center by donating kitchen and dining ware, tools, toys, bicycles, furniture, books, clothes (no shoes, please), gardening items, electronics....
We can start receiving smaller items for the fundraiser in mid-April
and larger items like furniture on May 1.
