Gentle Restore Yoga Workshop
An Exploration of Gentle Yoga and Restorative Yoga.
To help prepare the body for deep, nourishing restorative postures, this workshop will begin with gentle movement and breath practices that promote an easing within.
After gentle stretching, we will move towards stillness in postures intended to relax the body even further. Once this is achieved, the full benefits of a nourishing restorative yoga practice can be experienced.
Suitable for all levels.

Sacred Chants that Open the Heart,
Lift the Spirit, and Stir the Soul
Kirtan is the ancient art of call-and-response chants of Sanskrit mantras - a prayer, a meditation, an expression of one's yearning for connection with the Divine.
These sacred chants resonate with a subtle but exquisite energy that quiets the mind's chatter and lifts the participant into a meditative state.
There is no fee. All donations go to support the spiritual and humanitarian works of Shri Anandi Ma and Dhyanyoga Centers.
Kirtan is offered on the second Saturday of each month, from October through May.
