YOGA with JODI BARRY
Yoga Instructor Jodi Barry discovered the benefits of yoga over 10 years ago when she experienced near immediate relief from chronic neck and back pain. She obtained her RYT200 certificate and then completed an 800-hour Yoga Therapy training program through the Niroga Institute.
Jodi is passionate about sharing the healing benefits of yoga with all of her students and especially those dealing with chronic pain, injuries or other chronic conditions. Through her continued practice of yoga, she has created balance in all aspects of her life and believes yoga can do this for everyone.
Jodi teaches a Yoga Level 1 class on Tuesdays, from 10am -11am and a Gentle Yoga class on Wednesdays, from 10am - 11am.
